Here we go again.
Councilwoman Cynthia Hedge-Morrell will be reintroducing the mandatory
spay/neuter ordinance at tomorrow's New Orleans City Council meeting. She is
counting on public anger over the recent 3 pit bull attacks on children to
push this through. On the news she called for a $100 license fee per dog to
be renewed yearly. She specifically spoke against those "breeders" who she
knows will oppose her bill.
