I am not Doris, but... what I got from her statement is, the ARs always go
after "us" but ignore the schleps like her neighbor that are the real
offenders. I have said that for years.
In GA you are REQUIRED to have a license if you have more than ONE litter in
a 12 month period. Do they go after Joe Blow down the street whose dog runs
loose and has a litter every 6 months? Of course not. They go after show
people, people that advertise, in other words, people that are easy to find.
Joe Blow down the street is never bothered, even when he dumps every litter
at the pound.
