[ SHOWGSD-L ] MEDICAL QUESTION

I had Rags spayed today. She was sent home with pain pills to be given twice
a day. What they are giving her is Rimadyl. Does that seem right? I
thought Rimadyl was for arthritis type problems.
We are to curtail her activities for 14 days which seems a little longer than
ones I have spayed in the past but that's ok. I did get an "in heat" charge
so I guess she must have been about ready to come in season but I hadn't
noticed any signs of it yet.
