THe email address to send requests to change your mail from receiving mail
(MAIL) to NOT Receiving MAIL (vacation) is
showgsd-l-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx
no subject = leave blank
Here are your choices:
set vacation
unset vacation
if you wish to become a digest member
set digest
if you wish to leave digest
unset digest (this command will not reset you to receive mail)
If you want detailed instructions for setting yourelf to mail/digest etc

There are three ways to do it described on the page
You can also get to the Page from the top of every page of the website
It is safe to assume that if you do not receive mailfor several hours, that
your ISP
bounces posts and the autoamted program set you to vacation. DO NOT WRITE
TO HTE LIST AND SAY I AM NOT GETTING MAIL. UNSET vacation, and if the
flag resets, fine. If not, write to the admin
THe website and admin email are at the bottom (in the footer) of every list
posts -
the footer you should be cutting off when you hit reply <VBG>
