If all people simply obeyed the law a new one would not be in the building. It
is those who do not obey the law who need to be dealt with. But because those
who break the law are the ones who will not obey any new law, nothing is going
to work.
Law breakers break laws, more laws won't work, but is a good way to earn a
living, making more laws that don't work that is. Right FB?
