Gee, Evan, we haven't ha a National in Michigan in 50 years. If Topeka is the
center of the county, the last six years have had four Nationals west of there
and one east. According to Pam's statistics the majority of the members in the
GSDCA are east of there.
It seems the squeaky wheel gets the oil. <G>

Someone in California and someone in Maine might not approve three years
of Nationals
in the mid-west!!! Note the location of the current Board Members.
Member located on the
"Coasts" both East and West have a difficult time attending Nationals when
they are in
Saint Louis, the middle of the country. Representation from all over the
country, represents
the many members FROM ALL OVER THE COUNTRY................Amen!
What good has it done with 18 board members. We haven't had a national in
California for years. It doesn't seem to matter who is on the board. The
board does what is best for the breed and the club. Trying to favor one
region over another because you come from there is what causes the bridge to
nowhere in Alaska.
Give me the best board member we can get. Even if you have to elect 18
people from Nebraska.
