One of the top winning GSDs right now is an "open" coat at least, maybe a
long coat.

Is there any talk of AKC accepting Long Coats to be shown in the All Breed
shows? Are they being shown in Specialties or is this just something for
the National itself. I have some long coats from German lines and would
like to show them in AKC All Breed Shows if there ever is an opportunity.
They are shown in the SV shows in their own class. Some of them are
absolutely stunning.
