I, too, would have to agree with Sue. Puppyhood is extremely important for socialization, training, etc. Leaving a puppy by himself in a kennel is just asking for trouble with temprament, animal aggression, etc. I had a similar situation with three puppies out of my last litter and was keeping two. I still kept all three together, took them to shows as puppies, crate trained them, etc. Believe me, it pays off in the long run.
