A locked hock stops movement when the rear foot is flat on the ground, and
goes no further.
I am amazed when someone puts a moving picture in the Review, and the dog
is not in any way moving as they should. Or a head shot that is not as
described in the standard.
I responded in private, but since Carolyn opened it up, I will join in.
It is often better to remain silent and be considered ignorant, than to
open your mouth and dispel all doubt.
