i admire your courage, your strength and your empathy. as a volunteer for
the alzheimer's association (i love doing the memory walk every year), i've
learned alot about how horrifying this disease is and how it devistates the
patient and the family. thankfully, there are new drugs now and, hopefully,
progress will continue, but there is still no cure. your post should make us
all
sit up and be thankful for everything and everyone in our lives - for how
quickly it all can change. one of the people i am thankful for is gail, 20
years
ago, now, and in the future.
