Having owned stock and dogs, I've had "accidents" with my own dogs getting in
and killing something. Even with good fences shit can happen. I told my
neighbors if my dogs got in with their stock, they had my permission to shoot
the dog but to call me if it was my stock/dog! Luckily they have always stayed
