OK. I was there and I was involved with the hearings, and the phone
conversation meeting where I was her attorney. We were both cut off the phone
when the board decided to discuss it an vote her out of office.
As Adams said in defense of the British; "Facts are stubborn things."
The facts are not in question. What is the question is what is the remedy,
and what should be done about it.
I decided my only choice was to go against the GSDCA, or withdraw. I will
not sue my club, nor will I represent someone against my club, or my
friends. I may agree with them, but I have too much ethics to take that
position.
I have often been requested to take an action against the AKC or the GSDCA
or even Flower Boy. I continue to decline.
So, I withdrew, will not represent anyone in the litigation, but if called
on to testify, will do so honestly.
Not that there is anything wrong with that.
