LInkedIn can be useful for networking, I hear. I have not explored it enough.
I accept invitations and have sent them (You invited me, Joan :-) ) The Social
media is powerful, but you have to take time to learn to use each of the
different offerings, and I haven't taken the time. There are on line "for
dummies' courses all over the net. Google's Hangout is very good for
tele-conferencing, especially if there is a wide screen at the various
locations for viewing. You can have up to nine different locations.
It's like the first computers, everybody thought they were useless expensive
toys, not most everybody has a computer, a tape recorder, a camera in their
phone!
