This is a horrible film indeed! I had to stop watching...couldn't stand it.
The initial message indicated that the film was shot in the late 1990's. It
may be prudent to determine whether the official mentioned is still in
office.
Just a thought...

That's my question too. Why would someone who owns a puppy mill film what
is obviously a wicked thing to do? (They obviously wouldn;t want to
advertise what they do?) And then I question if THEY didn't film themselves,
then who did, how did they do it and for what purpose? Was it a worker who
actually had a heart? So many questions.....
