Sorry, had to add a P.S.............
IF this is a scene of euthanasia at their local 'pound' and the organization
that shot it is trying to pass 'antibreeding' laws to stop shelter euthanasia
wouldn't it be a wonderful way to get responsible breeders to flood local
governments with 'this has got to stop' messages.........and end up supporting
mandatory altering ordinances ............

This was posted under the heading 'puppy mill' but I believe it to be a scene
of euthanasia at a rural animal control facility - not a puppy mill. Most of
the animals were mix breeds. The contact info was for a local government
official in NC. Most of these groups who put all this stuff out about puppy
mills are also against euthanasia of any kind - even that approved by the AVMA
and state laws. I think someone managing the website just got their wires
crossed.
