Syd again hit the nail right on the head. This is a compulsive disorder.
I wonder if Dr. Kruger can shed some light on the situation. Just like
the lady said cutting off their tails does not make them stop, it
probably will make it worse.
I have seen people encourage this behavior (disorder) because they think
it is "cute" to chase their tail.. Bad idea. The only time my dogs know
they have a tail is when I comb out the old hair to keep it from matting.
