[ SHOWGSD-L ] Lew's letter to membership

Since the GSDCA Board meeting is this weekend,and Bill Pfieffer may not get
this out to the membership since he has to leave early for the B/F meeting. I
thought I'd post this to at least the List which has many GSDCA members on
it. Lew sent it personally to all Committee chairs,so we'd have it,but Bill
does the membership mailing. The worse that happen is that members will get
two
copies, So here is Lew's letter to the membership

This message to the GSDCA Membership will be sent by Bill but I wanted to
make sure each Committee Chair received it.

TO: The GSDCA Membership
As President of the German Shepherd Dog Club of America, Inc., I am taking
this opportunity to bring the members of the GSDCA up to date on action the
Board is taking concerning Mr. Andrew Hunte's application to membership. I am
pleased to announce that Mr. Hunte has agreed to withdraw his application for
membership in the GSDCA. The Board is working very hard to finalize the terms
and conditions under which his application will be withdrawn. Until this
work is done there will be no further hearings on his application.
