[ SHOWGSD-L ] Letter to Board Members

Since I posted to this list last night concerning my frustrations in
hearing so many different versions of Board actions, a few minutes ago, I sent
the following letter to following Board Members ( from what I believe is the
official listing of same). If it is incorrect, I am sure someone will
enlighten me.

Dear Board Members:If you were at the last meeting of the Board and/or have
factual knowledge, I respectfully request an answer to my questions. If
you were not at the last Board meeting and/or DO NOT have factual knowledge, I
would appreciate a response from you stating so. 1. What is the official
Board policy/procedure regarding the signing of contracts?2. Has a new
contract been signed with Purina? Does it detail where the money is to be used?
If
so what are the limitations imposed in this contract, if any?3. If a new
contract has been signed, who signed it and was it processed according to the
official policy/procedure of the Board?4. If such a contract exists, is it
available for viewing by the members? I would appreciate factual answers
only...no opinions/beliefs/impressions/thoughts...just what actually
transpired.
I do not wish to hear "he said, she said" comments. I only want direct
