I have the LG steam washer and steam dryer. I use the "sanitize" setting
all the time. I love them.
Yes, Maytag is now owned by Whirlpool. And while we're on the subject of
crappy Whirlpool products....5½ months ago I bought a Kitchenaid dishwasher
stainless steel front. Yesterday I noticed rust spots on the face. I called
them and found out they are now also owned by Whirlpool. They pointed out
"item 5" of the warranty. They do not warranty anything "cosmetic", and
workmanship & materials are only warranted for 30 days. WTF?
