And soon we will see a THIRD variation of the Jack Russell. The Jacks
didn't want to come into the AKC and so the ones that came in are called
Parson Russells........I forget what they are going to call the new ones.
Some people are still trying to get "Miniature Australian Shepherds"
recognized, I hear..........maybe we should have German Shepherd Dogs, White
German Shepherds, long-haired German Shepherds, miniature German Shepherds,
whatever anybody else can come up with...
I had Cavaliers before AKC recognition, and while everyone doesn't
agree, I don't think AKC recognition did the breed any good at all...in
fact, some important qualities don't seem to matter any more.........bloody
shame!
