That’s very good of you, David. But the rules when Marita and everybody on
this list read and agreed that they understood still stand. ALL parties must
agree to the permission to reprint, etc., posts on this list.
The fact that it’s probably done (reprinting) does not move the obligation for
those who agreed to follow the ruled. Whether it’s legal or not, to me, is
beside the point. People who joined the list agreed to follow the rule as part
of being allowed to join
the list.
It’s simple to me.
