A legal authority, on dog fighting called someone. He was working on a dog fighting case in Dayton, OH. In the process he was made aware of the following dog regulations currently in the Ohio Revised Code of Laws. He wanted to give the stockdog community a "heads up" as the animal rights nuts may appear out of no where and make a scene at a stockdog trial. A proactive action would be to see about getting the phrases that could be taken to mean stockdogs and farm animals clarified or removed. If you are not in Ohio you might want to look into your own state laws and see how they are worded. Being proactive rather than reactive is the best route when possible. 959.15 Animal fights.
