Hate to say it Ed but you are wrong about that one. There are lots of new
board members on our Board over the past few years. And we do have term
limits. The problem with term limits is that sometimes you lose the people who
do the most work for the club. Of course the benefit can be that you lose the
ones who don't do any work. VBG
