How many violations occurred with past administrations?
I know we made a big mistake while I was on the board. We increased the per
diem for board members, but didn't make it only active for those elected to
the board in the future boards.
When a change is made that affects board members, it should never be for
those voting on it. I am sure in the future, any such changes will not be for
those who are voting on it, but only for those who are elected in the future.
That is one mistake that will be easy to correct in the future.
