Lanalee....there in lies the problem....If I'm a dues paying member of a club
that is being sued....then why on earth am I not entitled to have all the
information?...damn what the attorneys say!....God bless the member who leaked
the info...I have a right to know....the club cashed my check last Jan.!....Ed

Thank you, Cindy for stating what should have been obvious all  along.  If
Ms. Golant had been at all sincere, she would have performed her  duties for
the following two years after her re-election.  The fact that  she chose
not to do so should speak volumes as to the validity of her lawsuit  and her
sense of obligation to those who voted for her.

I, and a majority of the other board members (as testified to by  the
refusal of her most recent settlement offer) are very frustrated the truth
 never
makes it out to the membership.  Unfortunately, we (the  board), under the
direction of our President and our  attorneys, have been directed not to
discuss the lawsuit with anyone outside of  the board.  Apparently this
doesn't
apply to the board member  supporting Ms. Golant, that leaked information
to Ms. Â Davis.
