Do you find it strange that this lawsuit has passed through two, possibly
three presidents and Boards and each one has passed on settling this lawsuit?
We have to remember that the original Club officials and Board members that
were sued are mostly off the Board. The president and officers are different
and many of the Board members are different. Still they refuse to settle the
lawsuit. It makes one wonder! Maybe this is a frivolous lawsuit without merit.
Why did so many different people refuse to settle? Curious? D.D.
