Good Morning Listers, I have a lame 3 year old bitch. She is severly favoring her front leg. We saw a slight limp coming on Sunday to not putting any weight on it this morning. She has a vet appt today, but wanted to get lister opinions as to what, other than an injury and pano, could cause it. We want to cover all the bases with the vet. Are there any tick born or insect stings that could cause lameness? Upon examination, she is very sensitive in her shoulder rather than her leg and paw. Temperature normal, appetite off, stool good. We are going to do an xray, any specific blood work recommended? Thanks so much for the input.
