[ SHOWGSD-L ] Re: Lack of Quorums at club meetings

The German Shepherd Dog Club of Charleston had to lower the quorum from 20% to
15%. We were not getting enough members attending to be able to conduct
business. As it stands, we still basically get only officers and board members
showing up. Our meetings are held on Tuesday nights at 6pm. I think that is
too early, but we have a free meeting place so we don't complain!
