Nah, I can't either. I think what happened b-4 is that someone kept back a nice bitch and if they used your dog and had no coated puppies, e-1 sort of figured the dog didn't carry the coat factor. Not foolproof...maybe a very small litter, etc. So much easier now, and what the heck is $50 in the scheme of things...
