Personally, I now use great caution with the tennis balls & my dogs. A friend lost a German Shepherd some years ago. His dog loved tennis balls & was allowed to play with them all of the time. One day when the dog did not come in when called, he went out to the (fenced) back yard & found the dog dead. He had tried to swallow the ball & it choked him to death. My dogs only get to play with them when I am continously with & watching them. Sandy At 02:41 PM 2/25/2010 -0500, you wrote: >Tennis balls are far worse. The felt is abrasive to teeth.
