Sally....that seems to be the way that our club is run. Certain people get all
the info that they want and the rest do not. If it was a closed session than
nobody outside of the board of directors should know anything about went on
inside that meeting. You know what...I really do not care anymore. Going to a
puppy match and taking my three month babies.....it is like so cold outside.

As I understand it,There has already been a closed phone session  where a
vote was taken and the  majority voted to not give in to Margy's  demands. I
had sent Tish an email  saying that she doesn't have to divulge  the
particulars ,but should announce the  Yehs and Nays to the membership.  No
answer
from her. A letter was sent to our attorney by her,but not  shared by the
