As I understand it,There has already been a closed phone session where a
vote was taken and the majority voted to not give in to Margy's demands. I
had sent Tish an email saying that she doesn't have to divulge the
particulars ,but should announce the Yehs and Nays to the membership. No
answer
from her. A letter was sent to our attorney by her,but not shared by the
