If you offer it...they will come...
The GSDC of Beaumont offered Juniors both days last month, and had a =
great entry with 6 wonderful Juniors showing on Saturday. =
(Unfortunately, my kids couldn't come on Friday, or they would have =
had more entries then!) There is absolutely NO reason why all clubs =
should not offer Juniors, IMO. If you don't have an entry, it's not =
that big of a deal...what's a few cents for a ribbon, anyway? We are =
supposed to ENCOURAGE, NOT DISCOURAGE, right??? There are several =
clubs in our area that do not offer Juniors. I have 3 of them at =
home that would have shown at a specialty that we attended earlier =
this year, and two others that we will be attending, had they offered =
Juniors....and there are other Juniors in this area that would show, =
too. Very disappointing...... These kids are the future of our =
sport!
