Okay this makes no sense to me, someone out there tell me... according to this rule "A judge also may not judge a dog handled by a handler he or she has hired within the previous 4 months.< How is it possible for a judge to know that a dog stepping into his ring, handled by Handler, 'x" , was at some point, at some show prior handled by a former handler that he/she had used? How could anyone know this? I mean really...or am I having a blonde moment here. Are they assuming judges are now psychic?
