Paula, I have shown blacks since the 70s--there are MANY judges who will NOT consider them. That you have not come across them is amazingly lucky (for you.) Unfortunately, it was the same with Forest, who is bi-color--she was either at the beginning of the line or the end and she was shown in the specialty AND all-breed ring which I believe any GOOD dog should be able to do.
