Judging is a subjective experience.
I have never believed in Judges critiques!!
As I read earlier from peggy Mickelson that one day she sai (forgive me if
I get the facts wrong) that she said the dog or bitch was long in loin and
the other day judged said the opposite,
I hate to think that the first dog's owners were about to hang it up
because of that critique but then read next days judges opinion that made them
think yesterdays judge was soooowrong. Who knows who was correct.
I know that many times over the past thirty some years I have read critiques
about dogs I have judged and have almost screamed- Is he or she crazy!!!
that doesnt mean I was correct. but also doesnt mean I was not correct.
I think that if critiques are made they should be ONLY about the dogs
positive features.
Also it should not have to go down to any placing.I YOU CANT SAY ANYTHING
GOOD-BECAREFUL WHAT YOU SAY.
