I do love the Cotton, but I don't think I ever will own one. The person who judges 20 breeds, or in the case of the BIS judge, 150, is a remarkable individual. I have talked to a number of people who judge many breeds, and while I know they do the best they can, if asked, it is interesting to see how little of the different standards they know. One of the fastest way to judge a judge is to ask what are the disqualifying faults in the breed? I know some shepherd judges who can't answer that question correctly.
