Dr. Hamil states: "Twenty five years of experience in trying to find
solutions to the problem of animal relinquishments and euthanasia leads
me to request that you reject this ill conceived bill which can not
solve these problems and, more likely, will worsen them."
Dr Hamil has been our most credible bona fide witness in opposition of
AB 1634. We were honored to have him represent our side in opposition
to AB 1634 in the CA. Senate Local Government Committee hearing July 11,
2007. His senate testimony should be forwarded, printed and circulated
