Joan is fine. I sent her my American Express card and she is having a ball.
She promised to bring me home some plaid material so that I can sew some new
clothes for the National. I think that she bought Evan a few new kilts, too.
Sure hope she gets to her bank in time to send me money before my statement
comes.
