A few agreed & a few didn't with my earlier post. I respect & appreciate Jimmy . He does show his Specials a lot, but I believe he chooses which shows, by the judges & entry numbers. I just remember in the 70s He would have any number of dogs on a weekend & rarely showed the same dogs under different judges, unless they liked the same type. Most of the better handlers of that period did the same. Knowing what a judge liked & not wasting you clients money were important Now some of the Specialty Clubs try hard to match judges for the handlers, but I see All-Breed Shows where the same dogs are shown under 3 or 4 different judges & place (or don't place) 3-4 different spots in the same class.
