Hi;
To have Jean as part of this committee along with Barbara is outstanding. I 
have had the pleasure to speak with Jean and when we were discussing vaccines, 
I told her that I had never given my dogs or cats yearly shots. She asked me 
way I had made that decision many years ago and I told her, you do not give 
babies or human booster shots yearly, why animals and she told me I was so 
right.

Also, having Kathy S mention John De Hope the other day brought back some 
memories. John use to teach a handling class for us 
over at Iza's and I learned so much from him on handling a GSD that helped me 
so much in the ring even to this day and I will always be grateful to him.

I also took a great seminar from George Alston, who picked on me for 2 days 
saying everyone do this, except the GSD  you do it this way. He also yelled at 
me to use my "Jimmy Moses legs", well I do not have legs like Jimmy, but he 
made me take longer strides which made my dogs movement in the ring look much 
better. To this day I think of this when moving a dog in the ring!
