you realize, of course, that JUDG is not among the items listed.

When a judge excuses a dog, for whatever reason, he or she must note the 
reason why in the book, which is why it says "refer to the judge's book." 
That means that the dog could be DQ'd, not just excused.........unless you 
see the book you'll never know.    And some of the things they have listed 
(the DQs, for example) never appear on Infodog.........they just put JUDG.
