You vote for judges for the Nationals and one of the elected ones usually does
Jrs.
The judges doing dogs and bitches at the 2008 Nationals are not approved for
Jrs.
Helen beings she is doing Intersex preferred not doing Jrs.
They are going by the ladder system and my understanding from the telephone
call I received from Nanci Nellis I will be judging Jrs at this year Nationals.
