While only having met this dog once in person, he was the type of dog that you
never forgot. Not only physically commanding, but with a temperament beyond
reproach. Our deepest sympathy goes out to Marilyn and Dan in their loss. He
truly was an ambassador of the breed.

Marilyn and Dan have lost the love of their life in dogs. The Shepherd world
has lost one of the soundest dogs we have ever had. I have met them all over
the years and there have been but a dozen dogs with that total soundness that
we all strive for and that some never even get to see.He had a long life
because he was loved. Marilyn knew they were going to lose him. She called me
monday night for two hours and I am honored that she did. We were hoping they
could keep him another few months. If he were a person he would have been 89
years old. I greive with them. May they have his beautiful daughter Eve who is
ten for many more years Every time they look at her he will still be there. It
was a privelege to know this great dog.
