I don't understand why your post was addressed to me, since none of this
involves me, and frankly, it doesn't interest me a whole lot, since it is a
dead issue except for a few people...........

Isn't it great that the lawsuit was dismissed. Of course they could
appeal,but would have to go up to NY to do it,since the GSDCA is under NY law.
So happy for Gail and new Board who can now start really tending to business
without all this stuff hanging over their heads. What a pleasant April Board
meeting.Hope the equipment for recording secretary will be returned to them by
