It is never correct to violate the bylaws. My personal opinion would be to
violate the bylaws, but I am not a board member and would not be held liable
for the violation. Those who agree not to do so by ignoring the 10 days
notice are the people I want running my club. They respected those rules that
we
base our club on. Even ending the sentence on a preposition isn't all bad.
