Don't worry about us. I was on a list for "mid-atlantic show dogs," until
tonite. I never laughed so hard in all my life.........someone had sent
that list of stores that are closing to the list...and one girl made some
kind of statement about how people who lived "on the fringe of their income"
deserved to have these stores close... (and no, I don't get the connection,
so don't ask)...
anyway, I said I thought it was a mean thing to say...many of us are living
on fixed incomes, but our expenses don't stay fixed...so saying we are
living on the fringe of our incomes is kinda mean.
OK, another person (one who sells rosary beads, or at least that's what
her 13 line signature says) told the first girl not to comment again because
the list was full of SOCIALISTS!!!!
the first girl, who just must be a moron, sent me a private note and said
she couldn't take part in the conversation any longer, as she refused to
talk to socialists!!!
to top it all off, this is what one girl then sent...and this is the one
that really cracked me up...
she addressed this (on the list) to the girl who'd made the first comment
about socialists......
" I have really held back on your comments in the last few weeks, but for
God's sake. Socialists? We are dog lovers and people interested in showing
dogs. I generally skip over your posts because you are an idiot with an
affective behavior disorder that may or may not be related to a closed head
injury.
Another pathetic attempt on your part to get people to pay attention to
you."
when I finished laughing I quit the list........I know enough insane people
that I don't need to be on an email list with them, socialists or not. ROFL
