[ SHOWGSD-L ] Issues on the Highway if you are going Rt 64 to Topeka

I-64  in both directions: Road construction. 
between  Mile Point 94 in Clark County and Mile Point 98 in Clark County.  
Road construction work is in progress. A lane is blocked. Expect  delays. 
For the next two months.

I-64  in both directions: Left shoulder closed. 
between  Mile Point 56 in Franklin County and Mile Point 66 in Woodford  
County. The left shoulder is closed. Expect delays. Clearing this  week.

I-64  in both directions: Construction work. 
between  Jefferson, Shelby County Line and Mile Point 28 in Shelby County.  
Look out for construction work. Expect delays. Traffic is slow.  Speed 
limit 55 MPH. Width limit 12'0". Until November  15.
Comment: Due to roadway Widening. Westbound  traffic must stay in the right 
lane when attempting to use exit 28.  Intermittent traffic stoppages up to 
15 minutes in length may occur  daily between 1:00 PM and 3:00 PM due to 
blasting operations.  Westbound motorists should exercise caution due to 
divided lanes and  limited shoulders at bridges.

between  I-65 and I-71. The exit ramp is closed. Consider using an 
alternate  route. For a month.

Comment: Westbound I-64 exit ramp  onto Northbound or Southbound I-65 is 
closed. That will restrict  I-64 to local access downtown. Commuters wanting 
to access I-65 will  be required to use I-71 or surface streets.

between  I-65 and Mile Point 10 in Jefferson County. The road is being  
repaved. A lane is closed. Expect delays. From 10:00PM EDT to 9:00AM  EDT on 
Friday and Saturday and from 10:00PM EDT to 6:00AM EDT on  Sunday, Monday, 
Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. For three  days.

at  I-65. The exit ramp is closed. For the next three  weeks.

Comment: Westbound Interstate 64 exit Ramp to  Northbound Interstate 65 is 
closed. Use 3rd street  exit

between  Indiana State Line and I-264. The bridge is closed. The route is  
impassable. Consider using an alternate route. For the next two  weeks.

Comment: Sherman Minton Bridge closed until  further notice due to 
structural crack problems found. Traffic will  be rerouted to the I65 Kennedy 
Bridge 
and the 2nd Street  Bridge.
