I think you really have to know your own lines to answer the question - how 
long do you wait ? With my lines If I like them at 5 wks I will like them as 
adults-But my lines never go high in the rear. Level maybe but never high. If I 
saw that happening they would go as pets. 3 yrs is when my guys really start to 
look good. Not for people who really want to take a pup and run- I spend a lot 
of time waiting but then they look good for many a year
