the vice-president David Landau took over from the President Ken Downing,

threw him out of the meeting. Lamar Fredricks the legal advisor told them
they couldn't do that, and when they did, he left the meeting. The
parlementarian Ginnie Altman also told them they couldn't do it, but she
remained to keep
the minutes.
The reason is charges brought against Ken by David, Wayne Davis and their
friends.
